Abstract<\/span><\/p>

The objective of the study is to identify the challenge of conducting business in a global context and specifically aims to identify the cultural, legal, and regulatory problems. As the world becomes increasingly interconnected, businesses are faced with both challenges and opportunities when it comes to accompanying business in a transnational milieu. To achieve the objective of the study three researcher selects exploratory research with a mixed approach is used, data collected from 265 sample respondents selected purposively and information\u2019s are gathered from both primary and secondary sources like journals, books, unpublished and published, reports of government, International Monetary Fund and World Bank report. Cultural difference, regulatory environment, and corruption have negative relationship with the dependent variable and economic difference, political situation, and foreign exchange have positively significant relationship with conducting business in international area.<\/span> It is recommended that gov\u2019t make as a first remedial on create a setting that supports innovation, zero level of corruption, encourage global trade, construct infrastructure, create a staff with expertise, promote cooperation, address issues on the environment and society. <\/span>Suggested implications include a more significant managerial emphasis on challenge and opportunities with the management in a holistic manner, taking into account all economic, political, and cultural factors influencing global business.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>

My work has shed light on the importance of bias mitigation, fairness, and transparency in tax, banking algorithms, ensuring that technology is designed to serve diverse populations and mitigate potential harm. By disseminating My research through publications, conferences, and collaborations, I fostered my knowledge exchange and inspired fellow researchers and practitioners worldwide. And my work continues to shape the field, pushing the boundaries of banking, tax, Accounting and revolutionizing the way we interact with intelligent systems.<\/span><\/p>

Baharu Sisay Negatu is a dedicated researcher and lecturer with a passion for advancing knowledge in his field. With an extensive academic background and expertise in his domain, and has made significant contributions to the research community. Am a Ph.D. candidate in Applied management and has focused my research on the factors affecting turnover tax collection. My research work has been published in reputable journals and presented at 6 international conferences, garnering recognition for my innovative insights.
