It\u2019s our pleasure and almost efforts to provide the published work for the welfare of education fraternity.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors are requested to read the publication policy before you submit the manuscript to the publication division at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/icert.org.in\/index.php\/about-us\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">About Us \u2013 ICERT (icert.org.in)<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For books publication write us at <\/span><a href=\"mailto:icertpitara@icert.org.in\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">icertpitara@icert.org.in<\/span><\/a><\/p><p><b>ICERT publication policies and guidelines for books and chapters ensure that we are in line with international standards for responsible research publications to advance knowledge.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ICERT Publication Division is committed to upholding the integrity of the scientific record, and as a member\u00a0follows the\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/publicationethics.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0on how to deal with potential acts of misconduct and correcting the literature.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors, editors and series editors should adhere to the minimum standards as set out in Codes of Conduct, before submitting your manuscript.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Code of Conduct:<\/b><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">All data and results must be presented clearly, honestly, and without fabrication, falsification or inappropriate data manipulation (including images, table, graphs, etc.).\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors should adhere to discipline-specific rules for acquiring, selecting and processing data.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authorship should be limited to those who contributed substantially to the scholarly work such as drafting and \/ or revising critically the intellectual content of the work or significant parts of it (applicable to all co-authors, honorary authors, etc.)<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The submitted work must not contain any plagiarism and should not have been published elsewhere in any form or language (unless it is a complete work that follows up on a published preliminary report like an abstract, poster, conference presentation or journal article; the work substantially re-analyses study findings or re-interprets results for a different audience; it is a translation of an original work; it is a new iteration of the same work with some degree of change (\u201crevised edition\u201d); and \/ or permission has been granted for reuse and \/ or is allowed under the publisher\u2019s reuse policy.)\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recycling data and texts from an Author\u2019s own published manuscripts is generally not allowed. In case of overlap with a previously accepted \/ published paper transparency should be provided on how much is new in comparison to the previous publication or work under consideration in a letter to the series editor and \/ or Publisher and consequently in the work itself.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The work of others should always be properly acknowledged. Authors should cite and \/ or list publications that have influenced the reported work. Clarity should be provided on which text is the Authors&#8217; own and which text has been used from others (either verbatim, summarised or paraphrased).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authors should inform the Editor or Publisher of related manuscripts under consideration for publication by the same Author(s) with another publisher and provide details of these relevant manuscripts. Authors should make sure that proper acknowledgement is given to any publication of related manuscripts in subsequent publications.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concurrent or secondary publication of material in other books is sometimes justifiable, provided certain conditions are met.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When reporting studies that involve human participants and \/ or animals and their data or biological material, Authors should make sure to include statements in a methods (or similar) section in the manuscript that the studies have been approved (or granted exemption) by the appropriate institutional and \/ or national research ethics committee and have been performed in accordance with the ethical standards as laid down in the 1964 Declaration of Helsinki and its later amendments or comparable ethical standards. Authors must &#8211; in all situations &#8211; include the name of the ethics committee and the reference number where appropriate. In addition, Authors should include a statement that informed consent (to participate and \/ or to publish) was obtained from individual participants (or parents or guardians if the participant is minor or incapable).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If there is a suspicion of misbehaviour or alleged fraud the Publisher will carry out an investigation following the COPE guidelines.
