These ancient practices offer a path not only to relaxation but also to deep mental clarity and emotional balance. Stress, while a natural physiological response, can become harmful when chronic. Prolonged stress contributes to a range of health issues, including anxiety, depression, cardiovascular problems, and weakened immunity.
