The study also examines the systemic barriers women face in accessing funding, mentorship, and resources, which hinder their full participation in green technology sectors. By advocating for gender equity in innovation ecosystems, we can unlock the potential of women to contribute to sustainable development goals. The research underscores the need for targeted policies, such as investment in women-led green startups, inclusion in decision-making, and STEM education programs, to amplify the impact of women innovators in green technology.
