Our divisions have been working tirelessly to deliver programs that align with our mission, and our newly established policies—ranging from the Whistleblower Policy to the Document Retention Policy—guarantee that we uphold the highest standards of accountability.

Secretary’s Profile
Dr. Manisha D. Bhagoji has served as the Executive Director of ICERT’s Professional Development Division and is now serving as Secretary of ICERT. She holds a B.A. (Vocational), dual M.A. degrees in English, B.Ed., CTET, PET, NET, a Technical Writing certification, and a Ph.D. in English.
With over 17 years of experience teaching English as both a subject and a language, she has also worked as a Technical Writer and professional trainer in IELTS, soft skills, and personality development. As Secretary of ICERT, Dr. Manisha plays a pivotal role in advancing the council’s mission through initiatives that enhance professional competencies across sectors. She oversees programs that provide training in personality development, communication, and interview skills, ensuring they align with ICERT’s strategic goals. Her leadership reflects a strong commitment to empowering learners and professionals through targeted, high-impact capacity-building initiatives.
A member of several professional bodies, Dr. Bhagoji has been recognized with multiple prestigious awards for her contributions to education and skill development.
