Dr. Vijeyata Tegwal is an accomplished academic leader and researcher with over 15 years of professional experience in management education. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Studies at the GL Bajaj Institute of Technology & Management, Greater Noida, where she heads the Human Resources (HR) Domain and contributes actively to institutional quality standards as a member of the NAAC Criterion 3 (Research, Innovation & Extension) committee.
Dr. Tegwal specializes in International Human Resource Management, Talent Analytics, and Organizational Behavior. Her academic foundation includes a Ph.D. from Chaudhary Charan Singh (C.C.S.)
