In keeping with ICERT’s tradition of recognizing excellence, the “Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Global Educator Award 2025” was declared during the plenary session. This award honors educators whose life’s work embodies the values Dr. Radhakrishnan championed:
(i) Excellence in Teaching —inspiring generations of learners
(ii) Interdisciplinary Vision —bridging knowledge across boundaries
(iii) Commitment to Holistic Development —educating mind, body, and spirit
(iv) Service to Humanity —using education as a tool for social transformation
The awardees join a distinguished list of ICERT honorees who carry forward the torch of educational excellence.
The Seminar: A Tribute Through Action: The theme “Cultivating Holistic Flourishing” was a direct tribute to Dr. Radhakrishnan’s philosophy that education must nurture the whole person—intellectually, ethically, and socially. With 497 participants from 8 countries, the seminar demonstrated that his vision of education as a universal, humanizing force remains as relevant today as ever.
