International Multidisciplinary Conference on “Recent Advances in Science & Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences towards Sustainability”

Hosted by: M.D.S.D. College Ambala City, Haryana, in collaboration with ICERT
Policy Challenge: Despite progress, women and girls remain underrepresented in STEM fields globally. Structural barriers, gender bias, and lack of mentorship limit their participation and leadership in science, engineering, and research.
