Publishing Model & Open Access Policy
Shodh Sari – International Multidisciplinary Journal follows a transparent, ethical, and sustainable scholarly publishing model that supports open dissemination of high-quality research while maintaining editorial independence and academic integrity.
Open Access Policy
Shodh Sari is a fully Open Access journal. All articles are made freely and permanently available online immediately upon publication.
No subscription or registration is required to access content
Articles are accessible worldwide without financial, legal, or technical barriers
Readers may read, download, copy, and share articles for non-commercial scholarly use with appropriate attribution
This model enhances the visibility, accessibility, and global impact of published research.
Publication Fee / Article Processing Charge (APC)
Shodh Sari is published by the ICERT – Sapientia – Research, Innovation & Publications Division and operates under an author-supported open access publishing model.
The journal charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 20 per accepted article
No APC is charged for invited editorials
The APC is payable only after final acceptance of the manuscript
There are no submission fees and no charges during peer review
Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on scholarly merit through an independent peer review process.
APC Waiver Policy
To promote inclusivity and equitable access to scholarly publishing, Shodh Sari offers full or partial APC waivers in the following cases:
Authors from low-income countries, as classified by the World Bank
(https://datahelpdesk.worldbank.org/knowledgebase/articles/906519-world-bank-country-and-lending-groups)Early-career researchers who do not have institutional or project-based funding
Waiver requests must be submitted within three (3) days of acceptance and will be reviewed by the editorial office. Approval of waivers is independent of editorial decisions.
Copyright Policy
Copyright of all published articles remains with the author(s).
By publishing in Shodh Sari, authors grant the journal a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive the article in electronic and digital formats while acknowledging the authors as the original copyright holders.
Licensing Policy
All articles are published under the: Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial–NoDerivatives 4.0 International (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) Licence
This licence permits:
Free access and sharing of the published work
Non-commercial use with proper citation of the original source

Editorial Independence
Editorial decisions at Shodh Sari are completely independent of financial considerations.
APC payments do not affect peer review outcomes
Editors and reviewers are not involved in APC collection
Acceptance or rejection is based solely on originality, relevance, quality, and ethical compliance
