Pawan is a dedicated academician, social worker, and researcher with strong expertise in geography, social sciences, and community development. He holds a Master’s degree in Geography and a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW), and is currently pursuing his Ph.D., reflecting his commitment to continuous learning and research.
He has successfully qualified UGC-NET in 2014 and 2016 and HTET in 2016, demonstrating his academic excellence and eligibility for higher education teaching positions.
With more than 12 years of experience in social work, associated with organizations such as NYKS and RJNYSD, Pawan has actively contributed to youth development, community empowerment, and social awareness programs. His work focuses on addressing social issues and promoting sustainable development at the grassroots level.
In addition, he has 7 years of teaching experience, during which he has effectively taught and mentored students in social sciences and related disciplines. His teaching approach emphasizes critical thinking, social responsibility, and practical learning.
