“Reimagining Knowledge Systems: Indigenous Wisdom and Contemporary Multidisciplinary Perspectives”

International Council for Education, Research and Training (ICERT), in collaboration with I.N.M. PG College, Meerut, successfully organized a two-day international conference. Centered on the theme of bridging indigenous wisdom with modern multidisciplinary research, the event served as a global platform for scholars and educators. The conference witnessed robust global participation, with 307 delegates from 13 regions, including India, Nigeria, Malaysia, USA, Philippines, Singapore, Kosovo, Ethiopia, UK, Nepal, Dubai, UAE, and Egypt.

Inaugural & Plenary Highlights

The conference was formally inaugurated by Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kumar, President of ICERT, and Sh. Arun Gupta, Secretary of I.N.M. PG College.

  • Welcome Address: Delivered by Prof. (Dr.) Anita Rathi, Principal of I.N.M. PG College, setting a collaborative tone for the event.
  • Conference Statement: Presented by Dr. Swarna, Conference Organizing Secretary, outlining the objectives and structural flow of the two-day proceedings.
  • Presidential Address: Prof. (Dr.) Sandeep Kumar emphasized the relevance of ancient indigenous wisdom—citing phytochemical science, the mastery of fermentation, and ancient pediatrics—and its vital connection to modern multidisciplinary research.
  • Keynote Address: Dr. Manisha D. Bhagoji, Secretary General of ICERT, delivered a compelling presentation titled “The Indigenous Mind in the Digital Classroom: A Cognitive Revolution in Language Education.”
  • Special Address: Dr. Ravinder Kumar explored the Indian Knowledge System, drawing profound connections between ancient texts like the Vedas and the Mahabharat, and contemporary research methodologies.
  • Guests of Honor: The event was graced by Prof. (Dr.) Aruna Anchal (Director, ICERT Sapientia) and Dr. Simran (Director of Finance, ICERT).

  • Open-Access Collaboration: Organized by I.N.M. PG College, Meerut, India, and ICERT (USA & India).

Further academic perspectives were shared through a Keynote Address by Dr. Manisha D. Bhagoji (Secretary General, ICERT) and a special address by Dr. Ravinder Kumar.   • Multidisciplinary Tracks: 64 presentations across five technical sessions exploring the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern multidisciplinary research.

  • Outcome Products: Publication of an Edited Volume by ICERT Press with an ISBN titled “Reimagining Knowledge Systems: Indigenous Wisdom and Contemporary Multidisciplinary Perspectives.”

    • Felicitation of educators through the “Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan Global Educator Award 2026” to 4 dignitaries and “The ICERT Global Educator’s Laureate 2026” to 2 eminent scholars.

    • Integration of indigenous knowledge frameworks with modern research to bridge disciplinary gaps.
